Lex sent us these photos of his buddy Sam Parkes climbing Everest in his Lower Sir Ed tee from the ‘take a hike’ range we did a while back.. The illustration of Sir Edmond Hilary was done by Owen Dippie (see the blog below).

Ol ‘You Know We Aint Payin’ Nick Hyne took a few of us out to Japanese in Queenstown, at the Sake Bar. They take instax 10 polaroids of ya and give you markers to draw on them. None of us were particularly great illustrators.. but Nick’s pretty sweet at Japanese.

Our Graphic/Womens Designer Karen now part owns a local bar ‘major tom’s‘ and has gone to work there more full time so she won’t be round here everyday.. Thanks Karen, we will miss you.
She doesn’t like photo’s so we had to drag up a few.
Overkill in Berlin has just recently started stocking Lower. We have had a lot of respect for overkill over the years.. so it’s a real privilege to be stocked there. Thanks Justin and Overkill.
James Rolleston who played ‘boy’ in Taika Waititi’s second feature film ‘Boy’ came in with his lovely Nan to get a bit of Lower stuff today, now he’s off home to get back to hunting for the holidays…thanks for calling in.
